I consent to my son/daughter carrying out off-site activities both during and outside of Ordinary College Hours as part of his/her Media Production Coursework.  I understand my son/daughter will be unsupervised during these activities and has selected an appropriate site for the activities based on his/her own risk assessment.  I accept that any harm to my son/daughter or his/her property during these activities is not the responsibility of the College.
